Lucy Burnell was a popular student at Cambridge Regional College who tragically lost her life in a road accident over the Christmas of 2011.

The Travel and Tourism staff and students, as well as Lucy's parents, close family and dogs, are doing our sixth annual memorial walk on Thursday 21 June 2018.

The walk, in memory of Lucy, also raises funds to sponsor annual student awards, helping them succeed on the course Lucy loved, but did not live to complete.

We have raised £2,500 to date, all used to benefit the students, assisting them to maximise their grade, and future job prospects in the Travel industry.

All participants in the annual event give their services free of charge - every penny raised is spent on the annual awards and also educational aids, essential equipment, and contributions toward field trips for the Travel and Tourism department at CRC - thank you for an donation, however small.
