We are a not-for-profit charity organisation dedicated to uplifting, empowering, and restoring the lives of these young men by providing them with brotherhood, purpose, and real-world skills. Lugheim offers a pathway out of darkness and into honour, where each young man has a chance to rise, learn, and thrive.

What is Lugheim?

Lugheim is a fantasy-driven mentorship and skills development programme that combines the power of storytelling, 3D printing, and real-world trades to give young men a second chance.

🔹 A Brotherhood of Purpose: Young men enter as Squires and progress to Knights of Hope, earning their own custom 3D-printed armour as they develop skills, discipline, and honour.

🔹 Hands-On Learning & Employment: Knights are trained in 3D printing, woodworking, CNC machining, website design, and entrepreneurship to prepare them for real-world jobs and business opportunities.

🔹 Earning While Learning: Unlike traditional programmes, we believe that hard work should be rewarded. That’s why every Knight receives a minimum wage while training, and an additional commission-based income based on their contributions. If they create a product, design a website, or bring value to a business, they earn a share of the revenue they generate.

🔹 Guided by Honour, Not Preaching: While inspired by Christian values, Lugheim is not about forcing religion. We focus on teaching discipline, honour, perseverance, and brotherhood, helping young men find their own path to faith, purpose, and self-respect.
