I'm raising £5,000 to provide spaces for Military veterans in need for wellness retreat project.

Hi everyone as you may of seen i am starting to put on therapeutic retreats for military veterans starting on the 26th - 28th of September up at the lake district.

The retreat will be a chance for the individuals get away from the stresses of life and reconnect with themselves with a range of activities we have planned for them, all accommodation and food will be covered.

Activities:

Cold water therapy

Hill walking

Mindfullnes exercises

Yoga

Meditation

breath work

As a-lot of veterans are in a time of need of need i am reaching out to local businesses and people to ask that they would like to sponsor a space on the retreat for a military veteran.

The cost per individual will be £250 this includes a 2 night stay all food and necessity’s included.
