Donations will be distributed between three local cricket clubs (whixley, green hammerton, kirk hammerton), very close to Dads heart who he has played for.

Dad was a very keen sportsman, and made a big impact on everyone who he came into contact with, mostly for his dry sense of humour !! Sport has been a big part of his life, he enjoyed the socialising as much as he did the sport .... and so did we !! He would do or fix anything for anyone at a drop of a hat especially if it was a lawnmower and was fondly known by many as Greengrass. He was a very proud family man, and adored his wife June of 55 years and children Andrew, Adrian, Sharon and Angela, along with his 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. In later years because of mobility both mum and dad had a caravan at Bridlington which they looked forward to going to, where they enjoyed fishing and a glass of wine outside the caravan.

Sadly because of a short illness bravely bourne he sadly passed away on 18th January 2021.

Due to Covid we are restricted to numbers in church , so we thought it would be a lovely gesture of Dads life to set up this just giving page to donate to the three local cricket teams close to his heart, for anyone who would like to donate.
