I've raised £4000 to help raise funding for two incredible Suffolk based charities.

LIAM AND LUKE TAKE ON SNOWDON TOGETHER
Friday 6th may at 0800, Liam will be tackling Snowdonia…the biggest mountain in Wales.
For the past 4 Months, Liam and Luke have been working together in personal training sessions to get him ready for this epic challenge.
For those of you who haven’t been into Airborne recently and seen him smashing his training, Liam is a double amputee. Losing both legs in Afghanistan above the knee in 2010 while serving for the Parachute Regiment.
Luke and Liam will step off Friday morning to take on this almighty challenge that I know he is going to face head on and give it everything he’s got.
There’s no doubting it is going to be a huge task, but anyone who has spoken to Liam or seen him in the gym will know his mindset and determination is so strong and he is ready!
Liam isn’t taking the easy route up either - he will take on the P-Y-G track…The most rugged and challenging route to the summit
Liam’s Snowdon challenge will see him raise funds for the same two incredible local charities that Luke took on his recent MDS challenge for; Cancer Campaign in Suffolk and male mental health in Suffolk.
