My dogs escaped the other day as bitch is in season im on a communal bacls and they ran past my legs as i let them out on a dailey basis evry morning the council is now in possesion of my dogs abd wo t let them out till i pay for both them out o got a letter saying thy will be humanly destroyed or rehomed my 8yr old is broke please help iv got to get them out tmz bfore half 5 please av some heart and help me a dont know what else to do iv no other ideas xxxx
