Hi My name is Luke Smith and i run my own sports company called Pioneer Sports Academy. We teach over 1500 children per week across primary schools and clubs in a wide range of clubs.

But i'm also a semi-professional football player playing in the combined counties league. 1 year ago i took up Taekwondo because of my friend who fights for Guyana international squad, in under a year i have become British National Champion 2016 and won all of my competitions. I'm looking to take Taekwondo as far as possible and even to the 2020 Tokyo Olympics which is my dream.

I have found out that Taekwondo can be very expensive, kits, equipment, pads, training, travel and physiotherapy . Im going to my first international competition next month in Germany and then to several other major competitions.

The money will go towards my travel mainly and equipment.

I fight at -80kg and i'm an explosive and powerful fighter, i truly believe i have what it takes to make it on the big stage i just need some financial support, i'm currently training over 15 hours per week and taking the sport very seriously as well as still playing semi pro football.
