Unfortunately on the evening of September 9th 2025, Bures CC iconic pavilion was burnt down. A pavilion that had stood in the centre of Bures for nearly 200 years, gone in a matter of hours, causing devastation to the community of Bures where multiple generations of families have played and enjoyed their cricket over the years.

This page, which initially was created to help with the rethatching project which was scheduled for early 2026, will now be asking for any donations to the club to help us with the huge task of rebuilding our pavilion.

Any donations, no matter how small, will be hugely appreciated.
