We are raising £1,000 for Luke's Legacy

Luke's Legacy is a Brain Tumour Supporters group set up by Christine and David Billups, Luke's parents, to raise money for vital research into Brain Tumours to help find a cure.

Luke was their youngest son and he sadly lost his fight with a Glioblastoma in January 2018 aged just 27.

Every year his friends and family come together to fundraise in his memory.

This year we are holding a Music Extravaganza, to Strike a Chord for Luke, many local musicians are coming together to perform at Tideswell Community Hall on Sunday August 30th 2026 at 3pm. It promises to be a wonderful event in memory of a wonderful man. All musicians have donated their time and talent for free.

Tickets are £10 each and include a buffet and all entertainment. We will have a pay bar on the day.

Luke was a man unlike any other, talented, clever, kind and full of fun and I was honoured and privileged to call him a friend.

It is Christine and David's wish that we continue to raise at least £1000 in his memory every year.
