Story

Raheel (age 11) is passionate about tennis. He has raw natural talent and endless potential to flourish in his chosen sport. He wants to train, play

and compete (in tournaments) for endlesss hours everyday all throughout the year, rain or shine. To enable Raheel to fulfill his dream and compete at the highest level internationally, he needs the above opportunities. This campaign and your support could make a real difference for Raheel now. Furthermore, it will have a lasting impression on his future. We look forward to any kind of support which will be greatly received and appreciated. To further support this campaign see statement below from Raheel's coach and two of his YouTube videos. Thank you, Raheel's parents

I work with Raheel in both an individual and group environment. His quality, potential and talent is obvious and highlighted in both of these environments in very different ways. I believe Raheel has the potential and talent to go far in tennis as he has the ability to adapt and achieve even when he is the complete underdog. Although Raheel has much to develop both tactically and technically, one thing you can't teach as a coach is fighting spirit you either have it or you don't, Raheel has it. No matter who you put Raheel against (relatively) if he doesn't find a way to win the first few times you can guarantee it won't be long until he figures it out, which really highlights the quality of such a young boy.

In a very competitive sport with many players aiming for the same goal I believe Raheel is on the right path to get there. As mentioned before Raheel's work ethic is very strong. Something that I have to make you aware of is the amount of effort and energy both Raheel and his father put into his tennis over the weekends. I work with players on the ITF and WTA tour, both Raheel and his father match the dedication of these professional players which is very rare to find in a young boy. They are the first ones to arrive and the last ones to leave every Saturday, Sunday and during school holidays.

Finally, Raheel has made massive improvements in such a short period of time not only is he able to put what I coach him into practice very quickly but also his natural ability makes it easy for him to adapt which is a massive quality. His improvements have been noticeable as he has been competing with, and beating players who were better than him just a few months ago. What makes it more impressive is that these players receive a lot more attention and coaching, which shows what he could do if he had more court time!"
