Story

FEN BANK GREYHOUND SANCTUARY

Based in Friskney, near Skegness is a 100% charitable organisation who rely on donations from visitors, friends and the general public to support greyhounds (mostly ex-racers) in the kennels until they can find loving homes for them. The Sanctuary, which obtained independent registered charity status in 1998, provides comfortable spacious accommodation for around 20 greyhounds of all ages who have come from all over the United Kingdom. They take in dogs from many sources - trainers, owners, the police, the RSPCA and other welfare groups. Some are cruelty cases, including dogs with physical and emotional scars, dangerously underweight dogs, and dogs seriously ill from neglect. Please help them in their quest, no matter how small the donation, every penny helps.
