Weʼve raised £0 to my mum died on 11th March we layed her to rest on 13th April DWP funded 2.000 towards funeral I am struggling to find the rest please help

This is letter of complaint I wrote to NHS England about gps who let her down.
Hi just some advice my mum joan Patricia davy passed away mothers day 11.3.2018 due to negligence from her gps at Dr moss and partners kings road Harrogate for months me and my sisters have been telling her gp that she is losing weight she had dyabitise aspraxia she had bad blood pressure witch gp took her of mum deteriorated we had numerous doctors and nurses out to c her they said they was not worried about her weight as long as she was drinking mum also had thrush in her mouth and constant sore throat witch gps gave her something for it but never cleared up another doctor who came out didn't even examine he throat we also told him her urine was discoloured but dismissed it he examined her tummy and asked if we noticed any changes in her tummy but there was nothing on mum cause she was so frail and thin me and my sisters took mum in to hospital Friday before mothers day her blood sugar was 18 her pertasium was dangerous bad life threatening and her kidneys were failing they weighed my mum she was 4 stone and gps said they were not worried about her weight they weighed her again on the Saturday or the Sunday she whent down to 3 stone we want to complain about the surgery it feels like because she was 81 they dismissed her and they can't get away with it please feel free to contact the ward mum was on it was Clinical assessment triage.No one should be let down my mum was 81 she deserved to be treated like anyone despite age x
