Story

If you have ever been affected by life experiences impacting on your mental wellbeing, you will understand. If you have managed to climb your way out when it feels impossible, then you are an incredibly amazing person, well done! How much would a helping hand have meant to you throughout your struggle? I want to offer that helping hand, please help me to.

If you have been a family member watching someone struggle with mental wellbeing, you will know that by them receiving help many people around them can be helped. Helping individuals can help families, which in turn can help communities - the negative impact of poor mental wellbeing can be turned into a positive impact reaching an infinite number of people.

I am a qualified counsellor currently wanting to offer an affordable, accessible counselling service to people in need. A little about me: Through having counselling myself, I have managed to significantly improve my health, wellbeing and life. I have a passion and belief in counselling being able to get people back on the right track, possibly an even better one!

One, problem is, when people are struggling with mental wellbeing this often coincides with poor functioning, which can mean being unable to afford to access help at the time they need it. This is where I would like to help people at their most vulnerable time.
