This is to help charities in the U.K. Who help with people with any heart disease condition. To help them support them and be there for them. Over 1 million people in the U.K. Right now have a heart condition that affects their daily life's there are great charities who need support to help those affected by it. I myself are one of those million people and the support I get from my family friends is amazing but some people don't have that available to them so a charity steps in and helps them and support them.
