Over the last couple of years we have transformed the church office into a spare room to host a number of people who have come to Lyon; students who are stuck with nowhere to live, professionals who are between housing contracts, refugees who are waiting for state support to kick in. There are two principal rooms, a larger studio which still serves as the church meeting room but works well as a self contained flat with a kitchen area, a bedroom and a lounge area. Until now, the only thing the space has lacked is a shower!

A local builder has given us a quote to get the shower put in and ready to go in a few days and it will cost around €3200. We can pay the bill up front but it would be AMAZING if any of our friends and supporters around the world would be able to chip in a little just to take the edge off the total price....
