I've raised £3000 to Build a road for a poor village in Pakistan. In times of emergency we are unable to get emergency vehicles to the sick, ill & elderly.

This is a village in Pakistan on the outskirts of Kangar near Jabbar, Gujar Khan in Pakistan. The poor villagers here do not have a road to access the local bazaars shopping areas and schools. The road is currently just tracks on a field. During rain spells the village comes to standstill due to the current road turning into mud making it difficult to access local facilities and amenities. In times of rain, no vehicles can access the village so in times of emergency, emergency vehicles cannot attend the sick, disabled, elderly and for pregnant women. Children miss out on schooling. This also leads to families having to walk long periods in the mud in order to access shops to purchase necesseties. In many cases families go without necessities during the winter due to poor road conditions.
We have built a masjid for the village and again a road would be useful for when bodies are being returned from hospitals to the village for funeral and burial processions. There are many other advantages that having a road leading to the main area for the village as this will also help with decent transport for buyers and sellers to and from the village and will make life easier for bringing food and shopping etc home. This will also enable the children of the village to have access to schools which they currently do not use due to the difficulty in transport due to having no road. There are numerous benefits this project can have on this village. Please donate and support this project. May the blessings of the almighty be with you all.
