Story

Hello everyone.

I have been trying to get a small business up and running for 4 years with little success due to a lack of funding. I am a hard worker who isn't afraid to put the effort in but also has never had a family to help and have no other way to get the support needed for this kind of venture. The business is an online shop selling second hand, discounted new items and vintage home ware sourced from auction houses and clearance. It needs to be advertised which I hope to do by doing market sales meeting potential customers face to face and delivering furniture items to customers. The van in the picture is an lpg and petrol Citroen Berlingo which is the van I hope to buy. Without a van I can not move forward so I bought a cheap old van last year which lasted for 2 weeks and then broke down. I held on to it for a year, my plans delayed, hoping to find the money to repair it during the MOT but was advised by the garage to scrap it. So this year I thought I would try to buy a more reliable van. I've been trying to find funding without success.

I believe the business could be a good business. It will provide good quality second hand goods to the public and unusual, affordable vintage and retro through an online store that allows offers on the list price to be sent by customers, delivery for furniture items if I can get the van and for me, it will improve my life.
