Story

On Friday 29th November, Mac was suddenly taken ill. He collapsed in grove road after vomiting. He was taken to the emergency vets where he stayed overnight and to be monitored. He needed fluids, had a very high temperature and was completely out of it - not even raising an eyebrow when having his temprature taken (a procedure he usually runs and hides from!)

After a day and a half of ultrasounds, blood tests and fluids Mac was transferred to the the Royal Veterinary College Hospital in Welwyn Garden. His symptoms were not giving any clue as to what was wrong and so a further tests including a CT scan were needed alongside the care of specialist vets

At this current moment in time Mac is still under investigation, receiving the best care possible at the royal but we are no closer to understanding what is wrong and how to get our boy back to normal.

The reason for this fundraiser Is so we can continue to say yes to all possible treatments and tests and bring Mac home safe and well to his mountain of toys. Unfortunately our insurance only covers up to £2000 of treatments and so far we have paid out £5000.

We know how close to christmas this is but absolutely anything that you can spare to help this giant ball of fluff out will be so gratefully appreciated and paid back in tail wags, wet kisses and howls.
