Story
I am raising money for The Great North Air Ambulance service and The Firefighters Charity.
So my challenge this time round… on Saturday the 13th of June weather permitting I am going to attempt to walk a full lap of the TT course (37.73 miles) in firefighting kit ( helmet, pants, tunic, ba set and cylinder but not under air) going for an 8:00 am start at the grandstand.
My aim is to raise as much as I can to split between the two charities and to also help raise awareness of the importance of GNAAS to our island.
Any donations and page shares will be greatly appreciated by myself and the charities.
Thank you for reading my page.
The Great North Air Ambulance service are such an asset to us on the Isle of Man and they are solely ran by charity donations, having worked alongside them locally I have seen what an amazing team they have and how important they are to us as an island all year round and not just for TT.
