Story
in 2014 I met a girl and we fell in love, she comes from a religious family. she told me her father would never allow our marriage. she asked me to play according to his rules, I tried only to be together with her. unfortunately, one of her uncles who was a terrorist who was imprisoned by Israel for 9 years found out, he imprisoned her, she was beaten and she was asked to denounce our engagement. I tried to reason with her father and uncle, they refused so I decided to run with her which happened in the Valentines day of 2015. we escaped to the farthest city in the north of Gaza Strip. the uncle attacked my parents house and promised to shed the blood my my girl and me. so we decided to keep changing our address and to keep low profile. we are married now, but we feel like imprisoned. another issue is the growing support of extremism in a society which interprets every aspect of life though religious texts. we have many ISIS and al-Qaeda supporters here including some of my cousins and neighbors, if they don't feel they have enough power to take action now, the time when they do will come, as ISIS is losing in Iraq and Syria some of local fighter who went to fight there are returning back. we contacted the Swiss Representative Office in our country who granted us a visa in October, the Visa expired in January before we could leave because of the closure and siege on the strip (and the long queue of those who registered to travel. we asked for a renewal we were granted another visa but they informed us that they will not renew this humanitarian visa any further. the visa expires in the 20th of November 2017. the problem remains that the borders are closed, to get over this obstacle, we need to pay somebody to facilitate with the Egyptian border guards so they would let us leave.
