I've raised £1000 to help families and children affected by the genocide in Rwanda

In February half term I am going on a school trip to Rwanda to help families and children affected by the Rwandan genocide of 1994, in which 800,000 people were murdered. This happened from April to June and the speed and scale of the disaster left the Rwandan people reeling.
During the trip I will be:
Working in a card making factory run by female survivors of the genocide,
Teaching lessons at an orphanage in Rwanda,
Building a house for a family affected by the genocide,
and helping to bring out clothes, books and toys for children who don't have anything of their own.
I am aiming to raise £1000. This money would be used for buying furniture for the house and especially livestock for families to start a business as thousands of families have found it impossible to get back on their feet after losing everything.
Please donate to this worthy cause and you will completely change someone's life. I want to make it absolutely clear that all the money raised on this will go directly to helping people - the cost of my trip is already covered..
I am raising money in other ways too but I was hoping I could get a bit using this. I'll keep you all updated and will send pictures when I am back.
Thank you so much
