We are 4 gymnasts from Majestic Gymnastics club, based in Longwell Green, Bristol: James Langley, Katie Iles, Larissa Royal and Paige Phillips. We are extremely proud and grateful to have been selected to represent Great Britain at the 2021 European Team Gymnastics Championships to be held in Portugal in December.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic this competition has been postponed 3 times, which has led to an extra year of training and the costs associated with this. GB gymnasts are self-funded for all expenses such as travel, accommodation, kit and training making the approximate cost of representing Great Britain around £1,100 each. We would be eternally grateful for any help you are able to give.

Here is what representing Great Britain means to us:

James Langley - “To have the opportunity to represent my country in a sport I love means everything. After years of training and hard work it’s a dream come true.”

Katie Iles –“From a young age I aspired to emulate the success of team gymnasts before me and I feel honoured and privileged to now be in a position to inspire the next generation of gymnasts. Representing GB really is a dream come true.”

Larissa Royal- “Going to Euros means so much to me. It is an opportunity that I never thought I would get the chance to take part in. I can’t wait to show everyone what I can do and make Great Britain proud.”

Paige Phillips- “Going to Euros means everything to me. It is my biggest achievement, and I am forever proud to be on this journey.”
