Weʼve raised £328 to buy learning materials

    Sheffield, United Kingdom
Funded on Wednesday, 18th February 2015

    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered nonprofit.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

I am travelling to a small village in Zanzibar (Tanzania, Africa) and will be volunteering in local Orphanages and Primary Schools to help give the kids the education they desperately need as well as the love and care they deserve. I will also be volunteering in a local Adult English Class. I am volunteering with African Impact for the second time and would like to purchase learning materials to donate to the schools as I have seen first-hand the areas that need the most improvement.

I decided to go to a small town called Limuru in Kenya to volunteer with a programme called African Impact. Since my experience I have now become an Ambassador and decided to return to Africa (this time, Zanzibar) to help others in need.
