I would like to introduce you to our incredible little girl Emily from Lowestoft. Emily is a very special 2 year old who has life limiting, complex, medical conditions as well as being blind. Due to her health conditions Emily is classed as terminally ill and is now on palliative care as no further treatment is available to her.

Emily has a full loving life to the best of mine and my family’s ability and although she is not my birth daughter, she is very much my little girl and I am her Mum. I brought Emily home from the hospital at 4 months old with a life expectancy of a just a few weeks, to our amazement and to the surprise of all medical professionals she has managed to survive for much longer than expected, however we are under no illusions that her journey is a short one.
In June 2018 we were told that Emily was deteriorating and we would be lucky to have her still with us at Christmas. As you can see from today's date she is still very much with us and luckily is not deteriorating as rapidly as expected. Myself as her Mum and my extended family have always thrived to give Emily a life full of love and happiness and we are determined to carry on doing so.

Emily has a clear passion for music, she likes anything musical but particularly has a love for Disney songs. Due to her blindness sounds and music play an important part in Emily’s life and she finds so much enjoyment in them. Thanks to the money that has been raised so far we are delighted to share that we were able to take Emily to Disneyland Paris in April 2019. She had the most amazing time and it truly was magical! You will be able to see from the cover photo just how happy she was at Disneyland - her big grin gives it away!

We have decided to keep this page open for any further donations as it is our wish to continue to make as many memories with Emily as we can. As always we don’t know how much time we have with Emily but we will continue to raise funds to enhance her life for as long as we possibly can.
