I've raised £500 to help fund Malawi project - an outreach program for teaching computing in schools in North Africa.

First of all, thank you for checking this page...
What I'm doing?
I am raising funds for the school in Malawi where Manchester University sends volunteers to provide computing classes for the schoolchildren.
Why I'm doing this?
At a meeting, once I heard the story that kids take off their shoes (!!!) before entering the new and only class with computers, I made my decision straight away. Those who appreciate machines that much deserve to be taught the right skills and knowledge, so their love of computers drives them to become the next Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerberg...
Some facts : since the start of the project a small number of kids have started studying Computer Science in universities abroad.
How I'm going to raise money?
I'm going to run the number of road-races and marathons:
► Heaton Park 10k Run on 27th January - done.
► The Manchester Universities 5K Run on 27th February
► Greater Manchester - Purple Wave - Half-Marathon!!! on 19th of May
How can you support me on this project?
1. Recommend me: Give my page to those who wants to support the charity.
2. Help me with sharing my page through FB.
3. With £2, £5, £10 or £20 you can help the children to get the computing education and have a long-term impact on the society in Malawi.
THANK YOU!!! 😉
