Our girls have roped us in to an adult gym competition in Wrexham on 22nd July.to raise funds to provide new loos and changing facilities, replacing the manky ones they have now. The gym itself is an excellent facility and sees over 500 kids participate in various classes throughout the week.

I'm not very gymnastically minded so this is a bit of a challenge for me. I have to do a vault off a scary springboard, a floor routine to music and a range routine which is meant to have splits in! I've been practising and now have a huge respect for our kids and what they do, it really is hard to do these moves with pointy toes and a smile rather than a grimace :)
