I am trying to raise £5,000 for a volunteering project.

My husband Shaun and I are about to embark on a mission to Costa Rica to volunteer with 'Hands With Heart Foundation'.

The children and families they support really need help. It is really hard to bring up a disabled child here in the UK, and that's in a place that has amazing facilities and the infrastructure to cope. Imagine how difficult it is in a remote village in the middle of the jungle.
