Mandy is running the Cardiff Half Marathon on 27th March to raise money for a local charity of FHADS (Friends of Hereford Alzheimer & Dementia Sufferers).

This is a local charity which is very close to our hearts and it will be an honour to raise funds to go to such a worth wile cause.
