Story

Matthew Ballard was a fun, happy young man,
He loved living in Broadstairs, it was his home and his dream to always be there.

Matthew loved Dickens Week and Folk Week,
Plus playing tricks on everyone around him, including the giant spider he chased people with,
.He loved his costumes and making lots of different ones.
It was his dream to make everyone happy,

Matthew waa diagnosed with throat cancer last September,
He never stopped fighting and he never stopped being the cheeky Matthew everyone knew.

On Tueaday 8th August, Matthew passed away, his heart couldn't take the strain any longer.
Everyone is in shock, he was fighting so hard.

Matthew always said he wanted a Viking burial lol.

As a family we would love to give Matthew an amazing send off and want to include all extended family and friends.

We ask for any help towards his funeral and the wake after.

Matthew insisted on one last party. We had to celebrate and not cry.

He loved life and everyone he met.

I hope in your hearts you can help. Xxxxx
