Mani Lit Fest is a free two-day literary festival that has been happening in Stoupa, Greece since 2018. It takes place in early October and is a great addition to the cultural life of the area.

Locals and visitors can take part in creative writing workshops, attend author events and participate in fun activities including a balloon debate and musical events. The whole festival is free and we are committed to keeping it that way.

So far Mani Lit Fest has been a great success, attracting local and international writers who all give their time for free.

Mani Lit Fest is a grass roots event run entirely by volunteers. Up to now we have covered our costs by selling donated books and holding fund raising events throughout the year.

Last year we managed to start to build our own P.A. system. This year we are hoping to raise funds to enhance our technical equipment by adding a new speaker and some lighting of our own. Any equipment we own is available for other community events.
