So this is something I don't normally do or speak about. However back in 2016 my Grandad, Oliver Nolan, went into hospital for a triple heart bypass, since then our lives have changed dramatically! There was a few complications and to cut a long story short he was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia.

Since then my family have tried to care for him at home with his beautiful wife, my Nana, Veronica Nolan however things deteriorated rapidly to the point where he could no longer walk and the hard decision to put him into 24hr nursing home was taken.

Now over the past 16 months he has not been able to see any of us and has been lock up in side the Nursing home. Now things are getting back to normal I am raising funds for the residents of Manorhey to go towards activities for them! I will be jumping out of a plane at 15,000 feet on September 19th!
