im just a dad of 3 from Cardiff south Wales that has sufferd ptsd/cptsd and all its symptoms for the past 11 years back 2 years ago i decided to build a page and a event to help with my recovery little did I know we would reach out to so many people that year we cycled 206 miles from Anglesey back to Cardiff while fighting acrophobia and PTSD
This year as the battle continues we intend to ride from Scotland to cardiff while building a network by visiting and meeting other sufferers and hoping to inspire people in the same position to come ride talk share there exspirance to let others know there is help out there .
It begins with a conversation.
We would like to raise as much money as we can to be able to offer instant access help and support to veterans and sufferers alike.we have a future plan how to combat this issue
Nobody should feel the need to have to commit suicide even tho numbers are rising everyday especially In men.
