Hi Everyone. This is a personal invite to the Defibrillator Demonstration on 17th January. Whilst training is NOT required, a paramedic will provide a demonstration of it. This will take place on Wednesday 17th January 2018 at Haywood Road Community Centre. There will be in two sessions, one at 4.00pm and the second at 5.00pm. Please note that participation is to see the equipment demonstrated and does not require individuals to operate it (unless they want to). Please email hello@mapperleypeople.com to reserve a place. Hello everyone. Thanks for your patience. It took some time for the Coop to respond. Here is the relevant part of their email Unfortunately, right now the Coop aren't accepting third party defib donations, because we're running a project to identify what defibs we have in our estate, so we can replace them with our own devices. Now we know this, I am speaking to the company that manage the precinct. In some ways the precinct is probably the most central location for our defibrillator. I will update you again when I have more details. Alan
