In October I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise funds for the Cardiff and Vale Adult Eating Disorders Service. This service offers help in lots of ways, drawing on the skills of many different professionals within a multidisciplinary team.

An important part of the service is providing people with important information about eating disorders: information that can empower them with knowledge, and inspire them to make desired changes.

The money you contribute will go directly toward the purchase and dissemination of materials such as books, leaflets, or information-stand materials. Your donation could help someone learn more about their eating disorder and how to overcome it; it could help someone understand the range of treatments on offer; it could move someone toward the point where they finally feel able to ask for help.
