Valda is a 110 year old Polperro Gaffer. After a 7 year restoration she was ready to sail again this summer, but now all of this work and more must be repeated. She hadn’t yet been valued, and so her insurance did not cover fire damage.

In May, Marcus took over the lease on a boatshed at Underfall Yard after a wait of 10 years. That night the boat sheds were burnt down. Please help him find the funds to rebuild this historic boat again if you can. You can find his temporary workshop in the shipping container next to the café at Underfall Yard in Bristol docks. Valda is still afloat in the yard.
