Story
The Brain family were given an extension by the Home Office to stay in Scotland until August. The home office stipulated that because they did not have employment they did not meet the criteria for staying. Now both Kathryn and Gregg Brain have secured the employment they need to satisfy Home Office criteria but the Home Office have now moved the goal posts. The Home Office have decided that the Brain's cannot work during this extension. I am asking the people of Scotland to help keep this family where they want to be and to help them raise funds that will meet another criteria that can keep them in Dingwall. The Maintenance Fund requirement means they need to have £2,835 in their bank account , untouched for a period of 90 days. The Home Office refusal to allow them to work means they have no way of them securing that. Let us help.

8 years agoI personally think it is so important to help this lovely family live, stay and work here in Scotland. Thanks to the people who have donated and hopefully we can reach the target, even if we fall short then every £ raised will go some way in helping them. Thankyou.
