We’re setting up a donation page, raising money for a charity in memory of our mum, Margaret.

Hug on a Tray at St James’s Hospital, Leeds is a community-led charity run by volunteers (originally a group known as the “Hug on a Tray girls”) dedicated to supporting people on the haematology wards (Bexley Wing) at St James’s University Hospital, Leeds.

This charity raises funds to provide practical comforts that can make a long and/or difficult hospital stay a bit more bearable — such as free TV access, tea, coffee, snacks and goody bags for patients and their visiting families — so they don’t have to pay extra for these small but meaningful comforts.
