On the 12th July, I received some devastating news,

My son in laws beautiful little sister was brutally stabbed & murdered by her ex boyfriend.

Her name was Katrina Makunova only 17 years of age, with her whole life ahead of her and so much more to live for.

A lot of you may already have heard about this horrific story, through the media this week.

Katrina was tragically murdered by her ex boyfriend, she was found slumped in a block of flats fighting for her life, but was pronounced dead at the scene due to a stab wound 17cm deep, penetrating her heart.

Katrina was a beautiful joyful and confident young girl. She could walk into any room, and instantly light it up, putting a smile on everyones face, with only just her presence.

She was a true humanitarian with so much drive, determination and ambition. Katrina aspired to be a beautician, her inspiration came from her good nature of wanting to make others look and feel beautiful.

She was only 17 years of age when she tragically lost her life in a horrific incident. Instead of planning her 18th birthday next month, the family are now planning her funeral.

They are mourning, grieving and in unbearable pain; no parent should have to bury their child.

Thank you to the emergency team who worked tirelessly to save her life.

The family are devastated, not only have they had to deal with their grieving and loss, but also with the financial strain to raise enough money to bury their beautiful daughter and little sister.

So I now ask for your HELP!!

Please help take away the strain and worry from this family shoulders and help them grieve in peace.
