Story
For the second year running we're unable to host our Senior Citizens' Christmas Party. The annual social event was the highlight in many staff, student and seniors' calendars. The party was the perfect Christmas prelude and a good way of connecting with the local community.
We'll continue to keep in contact with our local seniors over the festive period. We are looking to make up festive hampers filled with Christmas goodies, like we did last year!
Last year, teaching and support staff stayed after school to pack hampers whilst listening to festive tunes and snacking on mince pies. This year we are hoping to do something similar.
Our art students have already started making Christmas cards, which are to be given out with the hampers, which our sixth formers will deliver. Our music students are busy rehearsing for our online carol service which will be shared on our website.
Help us stay in contact with some of the most vulnerable people in our community during these uncertain times and together provide a little Christmas magic!
