Our story starts with a very long labour, 51 hours of terrible pain, when at some point my baby's heart rate dropped for 3 times. Midwife panicked and in just 1 min, all the doctors were inside the room saying that I needed C Section. But they didn't do it. I was agonizing for other 6 hours, not beeing able to push him out when it was the time so they had to use the ventuse.
Sebastian was hypothermic, his temperature was lower than a thermometer could read and couldn't swallow. They took him to NICU where they did a MRI scan that showed a huge damage to his brain. Since that day we started a fight to improve Sebastian's quality life, a fight that will never end! We spent in just one year £20.000 on therapies and treatments in UK and abroad hoping for more.
Sebastian is fighting too much to slightly improve his condition.
