This year I have decided to run the Madrid Movistar Half Marathon on the 29th March in order to raise money for the non-profit community interest company Phoenix Heroes.

Phoenix Heroes is an incredible Veteran led non-profit organisation which offers life changing support to British Veterans and their families who are suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). The charity offers PTSD clinical support via professional organisations, and also provides employment opportunities and family activities, with the aim of helping Veterans and their families get their lives back on track.

Any donations, no matter big or small, will contribute towards improving the lives of so many Veterans and their loved ones.
