I'm going to do a 5km walk to help raise funds for Chris's House which was nominated by fellow Argos colleagues. 5km isn't a lot to most people but I have mobility issues so it's may well be a task depending how I am on the day.

Chris’s House is a Centre of Help, Response and Intervention Surrounding Suicide and has been set up to offer a safe environment where people in crisis may have a respite from their current unwellness, by finding refuge in Chris’s House.
