Hello all,

I have decided to do a bit of fundraising, by giving up chocolate for the month of July. For anyone that knows me, this is a BIG thing for me as I love chocolate!

I am hoping to raise some funds for 2 amazing charities that are very close to my heart. As many of you know my daughter was born with a virus called Cytomegalovirus or CMV, we were very lucky as she hasn’t shown any issues or problems from this horrible virus. So my first charity is CMV Action UK, who raise awareness and support people affected by CMV. Again as many of you know my son was born happy and healthy. At 8 weeks old we discovered he had a heart condition called Pulmonary Stenosis. He had a procedure carried out when he was 3 months old at Southampton Childrens Hospital, where we stayed on Ocean Ward. So my second charity is Families of Ocean Ward, which is run by heart mums and offers support to families who are on or have been on the ward.
