I'm raising £500 for the Newcastle Children's Transplant Team by supporting young people who have received a stem cell or organ transplant celebrate the gift of life by participating in the British Transplant Games.

Our very own Tillie is a part of this team. She has found friendship and support by children and their families which has helped Tillie realise she is not alone in this scary world of multiple hospital admissions and treatments.
