I'm going to run the Bournemouth Bay half marathon on Sunday 23rd March. I would just run out for my own glory but raising money would make it more worthwhile! I'd like to raise £750 for a priest who lives in Malawi and his community. Fr Steven Balumbo stayed with the Catholic church of St Catherine's in Wimborne while he was studying for his degree in Law. He told us about his work and how in need of financial and emotional support so many of his parishioners require.
Lately they have been beset with a variety of humanitarian challenges.
I would love to able to give Fr Steven some money to help a small part of his work and it would be wonderful if you could help me with this.
