I aim to Raise £5000 for this charity over the next couple of years by completing some really tough challenges which will push me to my limits, which is what Andy and his foundation are all about

My First challenge was the 4x4x48. This was a 4 mile run every 4 hours for 48 hours. This was tough but I am moving it to a whole new level for the next one.

The Lakeland 50!!!

This is a 50 mile race set in the Lake District. It involves 10,000 feet of elevation and decline. This is going to be a killer!!!!!
