Story
In conjunction with my book #squadaverage being released in October. I will be running 22km a day for 22 consecutive days. The relevance of 22 being the number of suicides last counted of veterans a day due to PTSD. All money raised will be donated to military charities who dont get much recognition/support. I myself suffer with PTSD due to my 3 years spent in Afghanistan. My memories and physical injuries still plague me. I too contemplated suicide. I’m one of the lucky ones who manages to control the demon by accepting what I have with the support of my loving family.
