What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered nonprofit.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

Team Mark is about supporting #TheCarbonArcher a Disabled archer who is a below knee amputee over the next 22 months this will enable Mark to reach the next level within the programme and progress to becoming a funded archer.

As a confirmed Talent Development archer in Jan 2017 on the Development programme Mark has now progressed to the Paralympic Conversion Academy. In March 2018 he competed in his 1st international competition and was ranked 9th overall in the Dubai World Ranking Tournament.
Mark now needs to do the following:
Increase his training hours to 6 hours per day full time and to maintain this 6 days per week to include practice and coaching.
Fund coaching sessions, competitions, travel, accommodation, and specialist services as required each month.
Attend when required the HQ of Archery GB for additional coaching and assessments.once per month.
To be self funded for the next 12 months.

To enable Mark to do this he needs your support! Mark said "I've made it this far and i am not prepared to give up. Archery GB believe i have what it takes and i believe i have it too".

Mark can not currently attract funding until he reaches the next level and beyond and likewise without funding maintain or increase his training to meet the demands without support.

Can you support Team Mark

Mark is currently sponsored by Dorset Orthopaedic and Ottobock UK who are his prosthetics provider and equipment sponsor, and by Viking Optical for his spotting scope.

Mark's coaching is carried out by a National Coach and coached currently twice per week travelling some 150 miles per day 6 days per week.

We hope that you feel able to support Team Mark and donate to support the next 12 months development.

If you would like to contact Mark he can be reached by email at
