Story

As some of you may know, I work and run an agricultural merchants in Wolsingham Weardale, and a regular face in our shop was a local lass called Gemma Potts who worked at a local equestrian yard. 3 years ago this June, Gemma sustained an injury while at an equestrian show which led to Gemma being paralysed from the neck down. The money I raise will go towards Gemma receiving intense physio and towards equipment to help Gemma at home. I will be walking across the north of England, starting with my feet in the sea at Siddick on the west coast and finishing with my feet in the sea at Tynemouth on the east coast. The total distance will be 101 miles. The challenge will be to do it in 48 hours but anything under 60 hours will be a test. This will take place on the 17th May 2024.
