Hi, Thank you for visiting my page. I know what you're thinking, firstly he's asking for witnesses to sit in as verification on his runs and now he's asking for money!! haha...its obviously not for me personally but for the two great charities mentioned above and I am raising them this way so that the funds will be equally shared between the two, as you can not have two charities on the same page that will get an equal split.....I'd just like to add though, that its not just the person, or people doing these challenges, or events, that are making the difference, it is you kindly donating that is playing just an equal part and I do massively appreciate the support here :)

On the 15th of august I am starting my attempt to break a Guinness World Record which will involve running more than 120 consecutive half marathons on a treadmill. Not only is this for a personal achievement, but by choosing to try and raise money for these two amazing charities it will give me that extra push to get it done, knowing people are donating their hard earned money in support of me, and the amazing work the charities do.

Tyneside & Northumberland Mental Health Charity Mind.....

I think that with 1 in 4 people who experience mental health problems each year, having this charity on our doorstep is a great way to reach out and seek the help you need as they cover a wide range of mental health services and support. Providing counselling, a 7 day week support line, family support services, wellbeing groups, and suicide prevention training.The money raised will go towards helping run their vital services and this really is a fantastic cause.

Cash For Kids North East....

Their goal here is to respond to the needs of children in our communities and give the most disadvantaged a better, brighter future and aim to enhance their quality of life. They raise funds throughout the year for local children who are vulnerable, come from disadvantaged backgrounds or living with an illness or disability and their mantra is raised locally, stays local, so all funds that they raise go back into supporting children here in the North East.

Every single penny received will be getting split between both charities.

I'm sure you'll agree that these are two great charities that I have chosen to support and WE can hopefully make a difference in any funds that are raised. Just like Guinness world records famous logo says...we together can be....... OFFICIALLY AMAZING :)
